With this partnership, Coalesce Catalog now brings full visibility, searchability, and lineage to assets built in ThoughtSpot, enabling business and data teams to confidently find, trust, and leverage the insights they need.

ThoughtSpot empowers users to explore live data through intuitive, AI-driven search and natural language queries, without writing code. It’s revolutionized how organizations access insights. But with growth comes complexity: as more users create more Liveboards, Answers, and models, it becomes harder to manage, document, and govern what exists.

Coalesce Catalog changes that. By integrating directly with ThoughtSpot, Coalesce makes all your analytics assets discoverable, documented, and connected to the broader data ecosystem — from source to insight.

How does it work?

The integration pulls metadata from ThoughtSpot using its APIs and syncs:

• Liveboards, Answers, tables, worksheets, and columns
• Usage metrics to identify the most used assets
• Lineage and dependencies between BI assets and upstream sources (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)

This metadata is automatically surfaced in Coalesce Catalog, where it becomes part of your end-to-end data map — connecting business insights to their source.
