List of Subprocessors

To support delivery of our Services, CastorDoc may engage and use data processors with access to Customer Data (each, a "Subprocessor"). This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Subprocessor. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the Master Subscription Agreement or superseding written agreement between Customer and Sutro Labs (the "Agreement").

The Data Subprocessors that CastorDoc utilizes can be categorized into two sets:

Core Data subprocessors

These Data Subprocessors apply to all customers who utilize the CastorDoc platform and are agnostic of product utilization. These subprocessors may process Customer Data as defined in the CastorDoc privacy policy.

Support Data Subprocessors

These Data Subprocessors apply to the end-users of the CastorDoc platform and are explicitly used for customer engagement, and analytic activities. These subprocessors never process Customer Data as defined in the CastorDoc privacy policy.

Updates

As our business grows and evolves, the Subprocessors we engage may also change. We will endeavor to provide the owner of Customer's account with notice of any new Subprocessors to the extent required under the Agreement, along with posting such updates here. Please check back frequently for updates.
